She is usually known as “the firefighter”. She has been working in both the Heath Care sector and Private Education sector for over 15 years and has a degree in Industrial and Labor relations.

She considers herself a patient, creative, cheerful person and she is a bit of a perfectionist, too. At work, she likes getting involved with new projects and she always finds out the way to make things work.

Her hobbies? You can find her listening to Metal, having an intense buddhist meditation session, or even shopping over the weekend!

If things are too easy, they are boring to her. She needs new challenges to enjoy life.

A class with her is anything but boring! Her strength? She specialized in official exams in different languages, although she has worked as a translator abroad too.

After 15 years teaching, she has become an expert at spotting the weaknesses of students and their needs and can teach them how to overcome them. She makes students feel comfortable since the very beginning, and that’s her trick to show you how to bring out the best in yourself.

In 2014, after working as a teacher in different schools for a long time, she decided to try her lack with a project that she had had in mind for a long time: A language school. However, the aim was not to be as any other school around, but to come up with a new concept: own a place where people could not only learn but also get the chance to make new friends, do some activities together and make a bond with both students and teachers.

She describes herself as a funny, witty and sarcastic person. In her free time, she likes traveling, sleeping and sometimes even singing, but rarely in class!

Although he is Irish, he has been living and working in Barcelona since 2009. What he loves about this city is the weather, nice and warm, and the fact that he can move around the city by bike. He enjoys having some free time and tries to play his acoustic guitar and meet with friends as much as possible. In summer, he loves to take a dip in the Mediterranean and enjoys watching hurling, rugby or soccer.

He has been an ELE teacher since 2001. He lived in London for three years and two more in Paris. He knows what it is like to learn a new language, and considers himself an empathetic person. He believes he is dynamic, attentive and loves to create a nice atmosphere in class. He is a big fan of anything related to communication and his passion for music lead him to produce some House remixes. He enjoys watching series too, such as “Six feet under” or “The Walking Dead”.

The Meeting Point project was created with a clear and specific aim. It has always been said that the best way to learn a language is to actually live abroad, so we have focused our work on a dynamic and interactive immersion that will allow you to learn in a natural way and enjoy yourself at the same time.

It is a new concept that can adjust to your needs, since we pay special attention to our costumer profile, age and level.

Our team is composed of highly experienced teachers from different nationalities and backgrounds who work hard to create a nice atmosphere in class. Besides, after more than fifteen years experience, we can assure you that we will make the whole learning experience much more enriching.
